I am a Lecturer at Deakin University, Australia. Previously I worked as a Research Fellow at the HumaniSE lab at the Faculty of IT at Monash University. I am passionate about making technology, especially software, accessible to diverse communities. My research revolves around human aspects of software engineering, mainly accessibility. I am working on three main application areas, wayfinding in complex urban environments, inclusive disaster management and digital health.
I have also worked as a Research Fellow with ARC ITRH Hub on Digital Enhanced Living from 2020-2022 before moving into HumaniSE lab under Prof John Grundy's ARC Laureate project. Before this, I worked at IRESS FinTech company as a software developer for one year. I have also worked as a teaching assistant and a lecturer at Australian and foreign universities.
